Yoga Fees
- $35 monthly for one class a week(not to extend into next month)
- $55 monthly for two classes a week(not to extend into next month)
- $65 monthly for unlimited classes
- 6 class pass: $60(expires after two months)
- 11 class pass: $100(expires after four months)
- $12 drop-in
- First Class is Free
There is a reduced rate for 2-members in same family(please inquire).

Overview
Classes are 1½ hours in duration. They are warm and open, so please ask questions at any time. Honor your body and stop should anything feel uncomfortable for you (you know your body better than anyone else, so please take care of yourself). We practice barefoot, so wear comfortable clothing and avoid clothing that restricts movement. It is important to have an empty stomach(juice, small snack is alright). No strong perfumes, please.
Beginning Class
This class is designed for new students and usually runs in a series. Students are introduced to the fundamentals and principles of vinyasa. Space is limited, so sign-up today!
Level I Class
This class is designed for continuing students who have finished the beginning class or who have practiced yoga. This is where students enhance their own practice and are introduced to Level 1 postures. Format is continuous yoga postures while moving with our breath and hearts.
Level II Class
This class is designed for continuing students who have a strong Level 1 practice and want to explore a more advanced practice. Format is continuous yoga postures while moving with our breath and hearts.
Weekend Workshops - TBA
Workshops are longer in duration with a particular focus in mind. They can be strenuous in nature. Students should be able to preform inversions and back bends. Not recommended for Beginners, unless focus is on a restorative class.
Private Lessons
These sessions must be prearranged and are personalized for your specific needs. Please call for an appointment. Cost: 60 minutes-$65
